The face-lifted version of Jaguar’s first generation of XF is a beautiful looking car. Built between 2011 and 2015 it is also a reliable vehicle, certainly equal to its German rivals.
Unfortunately, it does suffer one common issue – Central Junction Box failure. This can be a costly issue if undetected.
It is best to catch this problem early and hopefully reduce your costs. We inspect the CJB and carry out a modification to the wiring loom to prevent water ingress which causes the issue in the first place. This simple modification can end up saving you a huge amount of money.
If you own one of these vehicles, we suggest you book it in for inspection and modification.
